This is a ticketed event only. Everyone over 12 months old must have a ticket to enter. Please see cancellation policy below before booking.

No outside food or beverages are permitted on the property. We will have a variety of food and beverage choices available for purchase. We cannot guarantee a nut or gluten free facility unfortunately.

To avoid lineups, we strongly recommend bringing cash as our rural location results in slow debit machines. There is no ATM on the premises.

We are doing our best to make this an accessible event, however, this event is completely outside and the venue spans over 1000 feet. The main walking path is paved, but not all areas of the event are and many areas are hills, uneven and may be snow covered at times. We do have accessible portable toilets and a golf cart to take those who need it to Santas Cabin. Please contact us in advance if you require the cart so we can ensure adequate timing and the best experience possible. We do accept Access 2 Cards.

Strollers and wagons are welcome (but cannot come inside Santa’s Cabin).The ground may be wet, slippery, snowy, or even muddy, so please be prepared.

Please remember, this is an outdoor event (with the exception of Santa’s Cabin). To ensure a magical experience please dress appropriately for the weather. This includes proper footwear. The ground may slippery at times, as temperatures fluctuate quickly and the grounds are uneven. There are no outdoor heated areas other than the fireplaces. Also note, restrooms are outdoor portable toilets only and no changing facilities.

This is a rain/snow or shine event. In the event that we have to close the event due to a safety issue, you will be issued a new ticket to return another day/time for general admission. You will then receive the Cabin Pass portion of your ticket back only ($5.00 per guest).
